Ronald Kadish, T., EVP, BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON, LT. GENERAL (RETIRED) USAF
Ron Kadish, a Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President, is responsible for all operations of the firm’s Defense Group. Previously he led Booz Allen’s Engineering & Operations capability providing professional services in engineering, acquisition, program management, logistics, and enterprise integration. He drove Booz Allen’s delivery of engineering and operations support for the firm’s government clients in the civil, defense, and security market sectors, as well as its commercial and international markets.



Mr. Kadish joined Booz Allen in February 2005 after retiring from the Air Force as a Lieutenant General. He is a former Air Force pilot with over 2500 flying hours and held a variety of senior systems acquisition, program management, and command positions to include Program Director for the F-15, F-16 and C-17, Director of the Missile Defense Agency, and Commander of the Center of Excellence for Command and Control Systems.



On a pro bono basis, Mr. Kadish chaired a Department of Defense advisory committee called the Defense Acquisition Performance Assessment. The committee was commissioned to make recommendations on how to improve the defense acquisition process for major procurement programs and reported its findings in Jan 2006.



Mr. Kadish holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pa., and a master’s of business administration from the University of Utah.
